Preston Sejong Institute

Preston Sejong Institute promotes Korean language and culture within the North West region The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) has become home to the first Sejong Institute in the UK outside of London with the aim of promoting Korean language and culture within the region.

The Preston Sejong Institute (SI) is part of the King Sejong Institute Foundation under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in South Korea. It has been established following UCLan’s successful Korean degree programmes and a surge of interest in Korean culture in the North West.

-Class method: Two pre-recorded classes weekly + a live class weekly
-Pre-recorded lesson will allow you to take each week’s class at your own convenience but live class is on a fixed schedule once a week
-Age: 12 years old and over
-Course fee: £ 100
-As the course fee is subsidised, the fee is non-refundable once the course has commenced.
