Our team provides a range of services that support students with all aspects of university life outside of the classroom. We work closely with the Student Union and other services (both internally and externally) to provide support for students. We work in partnership with academic colleagues in a number of ways, e.g. providing advice on how to support students with disabilities in the classroom, supporting staff with the Fitness to Study process and dealing with referrals for anything from wellbeing support to requests for bank letters and financial advice. The referral process is simple - send your students to the (or refer them via Starfish). A specialist referral review team within the will ensure that your student gets the right help and support.
