This course is both a Civil Mediation Council (CMC) Registered Training Course and International Mediation Institute (IMI) Certified Mediation Training Program.

In this popular training, delegates will discuss the appropriateness of mediation for the resolution of civil and commercial disputes, will be taught the dynamics of human behaviour and equipped with various techniques for facilitating mediations in ways that prevent conflicts from escalating.

You will learn how to build rapport, enhance your listening and communication skills, consider some fascinating theories of conflict, the role of negotiation in a dispute and guide parties to settle their dispute.
