This is an additional add-on option for students to select to pay for their award documentation to be despatched via DHL which is a postal courier service. This service enables a quicker and more reliable delivery to overseas destinations.
Detailed Description
If you select this option, the DHL tracking number will be emailed to you at the point that the Awards Office process your order.
Please note orders can take up to 10-15 working days to process during busy periods in the academic year.
If you have previously made an order purchase and now wish to add this courier option, please ensure you quote your original order reference number within the special instructions section when completing this new order to enable the team to match up your orders.
Important
Please note if you have recently been awarded you should only select this option if you have been contacted by the Awards Office notifying you that your Award Documentation is now available.
