We invite panel and individual paper proposals from across the full range of disciplines within the humanities and social sciences that address topics related to Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, other parts of the East Asia region, or the region as a whole.

Preference will be given to panels with a focus on cross-regional and intra-regional issues, and especially those that include PhD students. Panels are expected to reflect the diversity of our profession including, but not limited to, gender, ethnicity and career status. This will be taken into consideration during the selection process.
