UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL LANCASHIRE

Landlords, prior to registration of your property the University will need to carry out a visit to the property to assess its general suitability. 

You will need to pay the visit fee prior to this taking place. 

The visit fee is £30.00 for the first property and £20.00 for additional properties. 

Do not pay for your property visit until you have made an appointment and this has been confirmed by the Student Accommodation Service
